How do I ensure I get the perfect fit?
We offer a comprehensive fit guide and the option to use 'Fit Quiz' technology. If your pants aren't perfect, we provide free alterations on your first order to ensure your custom measurements are saved for the future.
What is the standard shipping timeline?
Since each pair of pants is custom-made to your specifications, please allow 10-14 business days for production and delivery. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I return a custom-made product?
Because our pants are tailored specifically for you, we do not offer traditional returns. However, we stand by our 'Fit Guarantee' which includes free alterations or a remake if the initial fit is not according to your specifications.
What fabrics do you use for your pants?
We source premium fabrics including luxury wool blends, breathable cotton chinos, and high-stretch performance fabrics to ensure comfort, durability, and a sophisticated aesthetic.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to a select list of countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
